Installer should set environment variable to point to SDK root #60

Installer should set an environment variable (e.g. NACLSDK_ROOT) to point to 
the installed location of the SDK. This is particularly important on Windows, 
where symlinks are not widely used.

There should be an environment variable.

How else can a third-party middleware library, with its own build system, 
automatically find the NativeClient SDK location under Windows?
