Thanks for this useful little tool! Some suggestions:

allow entering a chapter with Ctrl-M/Enter - standard terminal aliases
allow entering a chapter with L and going back to ToC with H fo reasy one-hand navigation

Also, how about hiding the title on the left, seems a bit lost there?
