Network activity indicator does not turn off

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After setup, browse to a webpage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After page load completes, the activity indicator continues to spin.
I observed debugger console output to verify network activity had stopped.  
This was 100% for me.

It won't turn off, the network indicator is basically telling you the proxy is 
running, there may be constant network activity. I think it serves it purpose.

This was added as a feature on September 6th to indicate that the proxy is 
running, perhaps it'd be best to make this an option rather than a forced 
feature?
