Would consider researching from previous leaders and be affirmative with your answers if the community has grown or diminished. The community has over 100 members. The core mission is " empowering youth innovation " also instead of using the phrase " I could " use affirmative phrases like " I will " . To keep in touch as members you would consider using the existing platforms(whatsapp and discord ) instead of creating new dedicated online platform

• refining the targeted audience ( understand how to curate your audience )
• would consider infusing your talk with stories , humor and real-world examples/ scenarios because that's how ppo relate concepts and stuffs.
