-W <file> no longer functions for palette writing #149

Exactly like it says on the tin. "c10t: No action specified, please type 'c10t -h' for help" <--which lists exactly the syntax I'm using... Stable build 1.5 works, but past that, broken. Stable builds 1.6, 1.7, all the way up to current HEAD build #94 Windows x86 builds on x64 system, also confirmed on Linux.

Please try the latest head, commit 45eed252d01f5ab5c0cc4ae0da4f71c45eaeeffe should fix this.
