Note that building when I built this on another system, I didn't need to do this.
That system info was:

When I try to make, I get the error:

because line 17 refers to a
boost::shared_ptr
which isn't yet defined.Adding
#include <boost/shared_ptr.hpp>
fixes the error.I'm using an older build of Centos:
