Compile error with image_operations.hpp - missing explicit include

When I try to make, I get the error:

.../build/c10t/udoprog-c10t-8e9f550/src/image/image_operations.hpp:17: error: expected initializer before ‘<’ token

because line 17 refers to a boost::shared_ptr which isn't yet defined.

Adding #include <boost/shared_ptr.hpp> fixes the error.

I'm using an older build of Centos:

Note that building when I built this on another system, I didn't need to do this.
