add SOTM 2022 workshop and presentation recordings #112

Recordings need to be edited and titles added by SOTM team - could take a couple of weeks but will be uploaded.

Currently no update, best to keep checking official website and twitter account.

Once these are out, Kimberley Wright (LIDA) would be very keen in linking these to LIDA outputs - specifically the academic talk and online workshop.

Seemingly no particular order - we already have Brandon's Protomaps (Friday) talk and Dustin's osm2streets (Sunday) Talk.

Most up to date seems to be SOTM2022 YouTube, followed by the SOTM website.

I have asked if workshops will be uploaded too!
