Implementation of jQuery hiCharts for dashboard and aggregated reports.

The module is already integrated, For documentation on how to pass data into high-charts. Documentation on highchart bundle on symfony can be found on github at https://github.com/marcaube/ObHighchartsBundle highchartsdemo highchartsdemo
