We tried to follow the procedures above to add a Lab test to a patient, but, there is no a way to achieve this procedure. Upon clicking any patient of any particular room, the app redirects to the "registration/home/" component as shown on the screenshot below; and as a result we are unable to fix the bug as we don't have patients with lab test so far.

The team was able to fix the bug was successfully, and now the user can view the patients with Lab tests as it can be seen in the below screenshot:

Describe the bug Fix a bug by listing all names of the patients with laboratory results in the tab named "With Laboratory Tests."
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior It has been identified that the "With Laboratory Tests" tab is not displaying all patients with associated laboratory results. This issue requires immediate resolution.
