We tried solving our bug, but the challenge is we cannot access the DHIS2 page, it returns an Error Http Status Report Page Not found

1 year ago Hello @Ramadhani202208 Do we have to pull the changes again to our local repos, because it still displays the same error page nothing has changed And upon trying to pull changes, I notice that the fork is up to date How can we solve this ?

Describe the bug Fix bug: Rolling back to a start page after every approve of the urinalysis test results instead of going next approve button.
