Font Options Have No Effect #4

Known issue - it's a cross threading problem. Need to investigate better way to load the bulk data reliably on another thread.

Actually, it just makes Circular Throbber bigger :D

Confirmed that font size not work, after successful (100% no errors/warnings) cooking and packaging in UE 4.12.5
