I was going to open an issue (and/or submit a PR) for some errors I'm seeing in the docs, but found they were already corrected here.

The docs are not up-to-date with the changes made above (https://hexdocs.pm/guardian/tutorial-start.html#controller) ... can we get the latest pushed up to hex please?
