Add Auth0 support #27

I would like to add Auth0 support to this example, so I can redirect users of ueberauth_auth0 strategy to this repo for guidance how to set it up.

Thank you @sntran! Where can I register for the credentials?

I mentioned it in the README. Once you create an account and log in, you can get the credentials at https://manage.auth0.com/#/clients.

I'm going to close this for now @sntran, I'm not sure we need to continue to add to this project. We've been discussing a complete overhaul internally and I'd like to focus on that for now 👍
