Fixes the link to the demo app.

I swear, I'm not hyper README obsessed. I'm just trying out Üeberauth for the first time. Fresh :eyes: .

Haha! It's cool @maxbeizer, I just noticed this same error. Could you update the localhost:4000 link too ? It's incorrect like the Heroku app was.
