That didn't seem to do the trick either @Grantimus9. I'm going to close this PR and just shut down TravisCI in-app until we can get some tests in these providers.
@Grantimus9 take a look at an example of a fleshed out travis.yml
for elixir. https://github.com/michalmuskala/jason/blob/master/.travis.yml. It's likely you were missing some configuration.
Giving it a shot right now.

Looks like travis wasn't recognizing the project as an Elixir project, this is an attempt to do the bare minimum to let Travis pass.
