Library type should be a column in ECCP left hand panel #311

One of the primary pieces of information about a library is library type.  I 
would make this a column in the left hand library selection screen of ECCP

What you  would like to be displayed in that column? Something like:
ILMN Paired End Indexed
ILMN Single End
ILMN Paired End ?

No -- 

ChIP-seq, bisulfite-seq, NOMe-seq, RNA-seq , etc. etc.

We should just implement for the new Genologics LIMS workflows, not worry about 
old data.
