it shows up now.

note that it is "no analysis" which is weird since the other libs in this
multiplexed lane were analyzed, yet this particular lib was skipped. even more
weird is that there is an entry for it in workflowparams, yet no resulting dir
was ever created, there are no e/o logs from pbs which show it never ran.

The db code got had never encountered the case where in a given lane, some of
the libs were to be analyzed and others were to be "no analysis" / skipped. I
updated the code to properly handle this situation.

Here's why the analysis of methylseq-2 never happened, typo in the param file:

Sample.23.MethylSeq_2_TGACCA_L007_R1_001.fastq.gz,MethylSeq_2_TGACCA_L007_R2_001
.fastq.gz
should be
Sample.23.Input =
MethylSeq_2_TGACCA_L007_R1_001.fastq.gz,MethylSeq_2_TGACCA_L007_R2_001.fastq.gz

#Sample: MethylSeq-2 (Nicolet of Homo sapiens)
Sample.23.SampleID = NIC1252A44
Sample.23.Lane = 7
Sample.23.MethylSeq_2_TGACCA_L007_R1_001.fastq.gz,MethylSeq_2_TGACCA_L007_R2_001
.fastq.gz
Sample.23.Workflow = bisulfite
Sample.23.Reference =
