Same run occurring multiple times in ECDP

I keep coming across the same lib/lane coming up in ECDP.  See the three 
identical one in the screenshot attached.

the analysis dirs and associated qc are not identical,  it looks like there was 
some sort of error with the structure and params of this run and the importer 
got confused (multiple LIMS ids being used to identify the same sample). I will 
try deleting it from the db and re-importing.

instead of 3 total, i got it down to two, but something is still wrong.

the big problem is how 
/storage/hpcc/uec-gs1/laird/shared/production/ga/flowcells/C1LBAACXX/results/C1L
BAACXX/C1LBAACXX_2_NIC1254A50/C1LBAACXX_qcmetrics.csv

is getting associated with this sample. they should be no relation.

This problem is due to the particular pipeline run that used truncated 
(probably wrong?) workflow parameter file. That run produced confusing sample 
analysis directories that duplicated the correct ones.
