cghub confusion for old sra submissions #537

got an email asking for clarification on wrong/missing uuids for an old 
submission of ours (probably a very old SRA submission predating cghub). 
looking into it

issue is in regards to old SRA submission missing some uuids. (submissions that 
predate both cghub and the use of uuids). emailed back some edited xml docs 
with uuids manually entered. Waiting for confirmation from cghub support
