check rsync from local server #557

On run 130802_SN550_0312_AC2854ACXX the last time stamped file transferred was 
21:53 yesterday (8/7)

that would imply that the rsync worked correctly, no? since only a couple of  
hours later at 8/8/13 02:00 the rsync started. previous rsync was 8/7 02:00, 
next will be 8/9 02:00. logs confirm this.

or am i missing something
