Files don't donwload but they show up #624

Flowcell C29AEACXX, the following files do not download:

Avice1_6h3_GTGAAA_L005_R1_001.fastq.gz
Fructose_2_AGTTCC_L005_R2_001.fastq.gz
Fructose_2_AGTTCC_L005_R1_001.fastq.gz

BUt other ones from the run do.  Links and original files seem fine

fixed. file was fine on hpcc, but for unknown reasons was showing as corrupted 
when accessed through our website. restarting smb did not fix, but "cp X X.2;cp 
X.2 X" fixed it.
