I created a tool that can rerun a subset of jobs from a previously run workflow.

for example, suppose we want to rerun all bissnp jobs from a given flowcell 
that has long since completed.

/auto/uec-00/ramjan/devel/extractJobsFromPBSrunLog

Yes bissnp is definitely problematic.  I think it should be run by the
groups requiring it since it's so computationally expensive and slow
