Base distro by cycle/qual histogram problem #660

It only displays read 1 on a PE read.  Actually, what happened to the old graph 
from illumina?  Easier to follow

we have never been able to directly get any of that illumina data, its stored 
in a proprietary binary format. Remember you asked their tech support and they 
told us "SOL, not supported"?

Actually I found what I was looking for, was called Cycle Quality
Histogram.  I think we could lose the other or move to unused
