Changes to metric list (moving metrics between categories and views)

Changes to metric list in eccpgxt-beta:

These metrics were in "Sequencing run metrics" and got moved to "Alignment 
metrics" as they are really alignment metrics:

% PCR dups

% PCR dups (5M read sampled)

% Reads with Mate Mapped to Diff Chr

% Usable Reads

% ends aligned to 2 chromosomes

% inverted dups (ID)

% mapped in usable reads

% properly paired reads

Paired PF reads 

UsableReads (nonAD-nonID)

These metrics got moved to UNUSED VIEW:

PF reads total
Mapped reads (including non-primary)
