Removed in_total__mdups_qcfailed from the following metrics:

- reads_total_pf
- contamAdapterSeqs_fracPF
- contamAdapterTrimSeqs_fracPF
- inverted_pair_fracPF
- usable_reads
- usable_reads_fracPF
- mapped_fracUsable
- with_mate_mapped_to_a_different_chrom_fracUsable

The qc_failed reads metric that I removed from formulas is called 
"in_total__mdups_qc_failed" and you can find it in "Unused view" under the 
pretty name "Total Reads QC Failed (mdups)"

Testing in eccpgxt-beta.
