download files not displaying for gross #693

I think this must be related to the bug fix for the last problem, the duplicate
files display. When I log on for mgross (username) at
https://webapp.epigenome.usc.edu/gareports/ECControlCenter.html?t=i4kuIPnFCOpPCG
aFdVbmU%2FJk0Xv1Eyc7H%2BF3odOxeqrd3dAww5momOJJyi8bi%2BEE

and use the password "rarExo" I can see the files and metrics but nothing
appears in the download files window. Seems to work fine in admin mode, both
production and beta

Is there any particular sample that you don't see? I just logged as mgross
with his password and I was able to see files in download files.

They are there now, must have been something during the update. I just
have to remember to tell people there may be some odd behaviors on the site
in the morning during updates, but to keep trying

hmm, I don't think telling people to accept erratic behavior during normal
hours is the way to go.

the update only takes about 10 sec to transfer, the problem is that if it
updates while you had something open, specifically, something that was modified
since the previous day, you will see erratic behavior.

given that severity of the bug (ie total failure for customers to get their
stuff) the update should be moved out of high-traffic hours.

I've changed the update time to 2am. I realize this is potentially inconvenient
for us, but I think its better than the users getting errors.
