This is actually a feature that is incomplete.

I made some changes in beta that result in updates being 50% faster. 
The weird path occurs when only fastqs are available (ie no pipeline output). 

This is different than "no analysis available" since that would imply that 
neither fastqs nor pipeline-output is available.

ECDP should display something like "reads available" instead of the long path. 
In summary we have 3 possible states for a run:

no analysis available
reads available
analysis available

I deployed new eccpgxt-beta version that displays those three states.

Want to talk more about the states--names and headings,  after seeing and
thinking about them.  Tuesday maybe?
