For flowcell C3KPNACXX sample MAR1681A78 says "results" but all files/metrics
aren't yet available

I can see fastq's for this sample. Where do you see "results"? In Run
column? I don't see "results" but I see the path in Run column. Issue
695<http://code.google.com/p/usc-epigenome-center/issues/detail?id=695>explains
why Run column displays path.

ok, i see it. eccpgxt will display "results" because changes described in
Issue 695 are made only in eccpgxt-beta. I just logged in eccpgxt and I see
fastq's and analysis files.

yes but the other files and metrics are absent or N/A I thought the whole
point of the "results" appearing, and the emails, was that they only
display when everything is in the interface. That is not the case for the
D0 sample but maybe I'm misunderstanding when things appear and when the
email goes out.

The "results" appear after the update script locates the available analysis
files for the first time. Ecdp doesnt "wait" to display "results" until
all analysis files are produced. Email is sent when the script locates the
analysis id csv file in analysis directory and the "age" of this file is
less then 24 hours.

Thank you for explaining that. We should discuss changing the trigger
perhaps, I think it makes more sense to not have results or the email sent
until everything is completed (with the possible exception of bissnp)
