But I do see them there.  Related lanes on the same flow cell, C3JK7ACXX, are 
fine.

I think this is because file
flowcells/C3JK7ACXX/results/C3JK7ACXX/C3JK7ACXX_7_KEL656A320/C3JK7ACXX_qcmetrics
.csv
is empty

epigenome storage server was in a error state, restarted storage server and 
file shows up correctly
