Some of C0J2KACXX samples (Wolf sequencing) display as "no downstream analysis" in eccpgxt, but I see the analysis files on filesystem #724

I am curious if it is supposed to be like that?
I noticed that these samples analysisID csv files are empty on both epifire2 
and hpc-uec. Check out WOL1308A47 for example.

this analysis is from 2 years ago.

there is really no analysis here (we just aligned to phix), so I think we can 
safely ignore it
