reads_total derives from the number of clusters and is for the lane in total, 
before any demultiplexing. 
total_reads is what we expect, the total number of reads for that sample. 

they are labelled as "Total Reads" vs "Reads Total", very confusing...

In beta, I've changed "Reads total" to "Lane Yield Total" for the time being

also reads total was hardcoded to be clusters * tilecount * 2. 

for PE this may be accurate, but for SR it is not. I've fixed the formula.
