ok, caught the error. it is now fixed.

the difference was:
http://webapp.epigenome.usc.edu/gareports/Gareports.html? ……
vs
http://webapp.epigenome.usc.edu/gareports/ECControlCenter.html? ….

“Gareports.html” was actually an old name we had from a while ago that we 
stopped using. I had a symlink there to make it work though. I added the 
symlink back and it now works.
