DB support added. 

the new backend class is tested and working. 

I added the db calls as best I could, but I some fixing will be required to 
make sure db integrity is maintained. 

for example, we insert reads that require a summary_id, but the summary_id 
hasn't been created yet resulting in an id of -1 for the first entry. huy can 
fix this by calling at the appropriate place or saving the ID for later 
insertion
