Configure hpcc for nextseq basecalling #803

I uploaded the new bcl2fastq conversion tarball and a user guide (which 
contains install info) into my home directory /auto/rcf-40/cnicolet.  Can you 
install on appropriate nodes?  Also, the rsync did not recognize the nextseq 
run folder, the nomenclature was a little different.  It looks like this:

140828_NS500449_0002_AH12H9BGXX

THe NS part is the Serial # and will never change
