FINAL TICKET: ECDP and Database src moved to bitbucket! #821

ECDP and Database parsing (seqDB) have been moved to bitbucket as a private 
project.
Those two projects were never "public/opensource" since they contained a lot of 
hardcoded/sensitive (ex: passwords, encryption keys) value.

to access src code, I will need to add you as a developer. once added the git 
repos are at:

https://bitbucket.org/zackramjan/ecdp
https://bitbucket.org/zackramjan/seqdb

All further devel will occur in this neutral space and should help facilitate 
collaboration/sharing
