In DDSKK, `skk-egg-like-newline' works in both ▽-mode and ▼-mode.

However, the corresponding option egg_like_newline works only when conv_state is CONV_STATE_SELECT.

I also confirmed that KUTEN input is fixed to accept Ctrl+m.
