Make these bindings part of GnuPG? #73

Werner Koch just said in a talk that the GnuPG-team will start to integrate python-bindings into future releases, and that they would like to be approached about other language bindings to be included.

Their motiviation seems to be to provide those bindings with timely updates and fixes, and make them even more broadly available.

What do you think?

I personally am happy with that. My concern is how it affects our development workflow. We currently accept patches from anyone through pull requests, but if the code were hosted on git.gnupg.org, such contributions would be harder. Since GPGME seems to be non-priority for them now, I fear that the move may cause negative effects.
