Proposal: more distinct seperation between componentpacks buildfiles and source files #1973

I think it makes sense to seperate the pack.yaml file from the buildfiles of the componentpack. In some situations you want to be able to delete all buildfiles. Having the pack.yaml in between gives the idea that you can't safely delete these files.
