[Structural] Landing Pad

The landing pad currently on NaviGator is too small to safely and reliably land the drone on NaviGator.

Requirements:

• Landing pad on top of NaviGator as large as reasonably possible,
• A clearly identifiable pattern on the landing pad so the drone can determine its position and orientation (communicate with the drone team)
• The drone should be secure from sliding around or falling off while on the landing pad. A mechanism to capture the drone may be necessary
• Optionally if necessary: secondary nets protruding from the sides of NaviGator to catch the drone in the event it falls off or misses the landing pad.
