In preparation for NaviGator 2026, we need a reasonably accurate prop for the dock object used at competition so we can practice the detect-and-dock task. See handbook for details.

Requirements:

Reasonably resemble the dock object used in competition (shape, scale, etc.)
Easy to assemble and disassemble for transport to Lake Wauburg
Had a method to anchor in place to maintain position while in the lake
Rigid enough to withstand low-speed collisions with NaviGator
