What needs to change?

Create a task where:

The sub starts either 90 or 180 degrees from the dock
Have the sub rotate from start position to the gate

How would this task be tested?

Add your mission object to ../Subjugator/command/subjugator_missions/subjugator_missions/init.py
Run roslaunch subjugator_launch gazebo.launch
Run gazebogui
Run mission run <NameOfMission>
