Debug info being stripped on RPM Linux builds. #142

FYI

In order to include debugger information and correctly build, package and 
ship mongoose on RPM based systems, the gcc '-s' option must be removed from 
the build line in the Makefile. As a workaround, the attached patch has to 
be applied against Makefile, in the %prep section of a Spec file.
Please, consider to ship a Makefile without that gcc option, in order to 
make the patch unnecessary.
