Verify H2020 mapping #2

@vidiecan I'm guessing this is about "H2020-INFRAEOSC-2018-2-823782" specifically? Well I'm not sure how often we update openaire_cache.list here in biblio , but that doesn't matter at the moment as I can't find that project at the sources (http://api.openaire.eu/projects/dspace/H2020/ALL/ALL) either. Google too does return very few results one of them being http://www.ilc.cnr.it/en/content/sshoc, where it says the project starts 01/01/2019, so maybe they are yet to add it?

maybe @dan-zeman has a better mapping for openaire codes?

I am just guessing that OpenAire will add them later, hopefully soon. We have four new EU projects starting 1. 1. 2019 (all of them are already entered in UFAL biblio, can be recognized by the string H2020.2018. and EU funding).
