Change the mic icon (and) tooltip when recording #48

The microphone icon tooltip is now always "translate by voice". BTW: We should capitalize the first letter ("Translate by voice") to be consistent with other tooltips. When the recording has started the tooltip should change to "Stop translating by voice" (or "Stop recording" or "Stop listening").

What do you thing about changing the icon to a rectangle (as the typical "stop" button) or a rectangle combined with the mic? I am not sure. If there are not enough votes for this, let's ignore it.

google translate has rectangle as well, so I changed it to rectangle.
