1 year ago I confirm this bug and add steps how to reproduce it:
- Initially, we have cs->uk
- I change the source to French. The target is automatically changed to Czech because we have decided that we don't want to offer translation directions with too low expected quality (fr->en->cs->uk in this case). So this is OK.
- However the swap button is disabled, which is not OK (I may want to swap fr->cs to cs->fr).
Of course, ideally we should have models en->X and X->en for all supported languages X and offer all possible translation directions, but this can take some time, so meanwhile this bug should be fixed.

The swap double arrow between the source and target language window sometimes disappears (more precisely, becomes grey and cannot be clicked on anymore). Sometimes appears again when target language is changed manually. Hint: it looks like that the disappearance happens when the user selects source language which forces the change of target language because of non-existing model.
