Licenses text and other static content

For some licenses (e.g. https://lindat.mff.cuni.cz/repository/xmlui/page/license-ud-2.6) the repository hosts the actual texts. There is other static content in https://github.com/ufal/clarin-dspace/tree/clarin/dspace-xmlui/src/main/webapp/themes/UFAL/lib/html (faq, etc.)

When we take down the old repository version these will stop resolving.

@kosarko I see that almost every static page is in the html and xml format. Do we need both types of the files? Isn't sufficient to keep only html files?

yes, the .html should be enough. afaik the .xml were used to a) satisfy xmlui b) provide page title / bread crumb navigation
