Using token as identification #15

Implement the usage of tokens as means of identification in requests on lindat for registered users. That comprises of, not exclusively:

[ ] Setting up a fitting table in the database
[ ] Pairing of user accounts and tokens
[ ] Display of assigned tokens in overview
[ ] Combining IPs and tokens when showing past operations
