Make sure you can access the /blue/christan and /orange/christan folders in HiPerGator.

There is a problem with the directories. One of them dodes not exist. I filed a ticket yesterday.

The main folders are now /orange/ufdatastudios/ and /blue/ufdatastudios/. If you do not have access or cannot write files place an issue here in the issues tracker.

I have access to both storage locations and can create files.
