An example how to use the model from Python would be useful for some users.

[x] define the signature of the Python functions that shall be supported
[x] create a new repo for the Python examples
[x] create a Python project that uses PythonCall to provide the functions defined in the first step
[ ] add documentation (README.md)
[ ] add a basic example
