preprocess: unify phase retrieval output #95

@pretzsch can you check it please? If you want to try the code, you need to go to your local tofu repository and do git checkout -t origin/unify-phaseretrievals && python setup.py install.

I checked on tie, qp, qp2 and ctf and got good results for two propagation distances.
